Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for Wedding Curatorss planning services. Specific terms are also set out in your individual service agreement.

Advance & Booking Amounts

Booking advances secure your date and our team's commitment. As planning work and vendor coordination begin immediately, booking advances are generally non-refundable.

Cancellation by Client

• Cancellations must be made in writing
• Refunds, where applicable, depend on the stage of planning and committed vendor payments
• Amounts already paid to venues, hotels and vendors are subject to their own cancellation terms and may be non-refundable

Vendor & Venue Payments

Payments made to third parties such as venues, hotels, caterers and artists are governed by their respective cancellation policies. Wedding Curatorss will assist in recovering any refundable amounts but cannot guarantee them.

Rescheduling

Where a wedding is postponed rather than cancelled, we will work to transfer bookings to the new date, subject to vendor and venue availability and any applicable charges.

Service Fees

Wedding Curatorss planning fees for work already completed are non-refundable, as they reflect time and resources already invested in your event.
