By accessing this website or engaging Wedding Curatorss for wedding planning services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Wedding Curatorss is a division of Creativatorss Event & Production, based in Sector 34-A, Chandigarh.
Wedding Curatorss provides luxury and destination wedding planning, decor, hospitality, entertainment and related services. The scope, deliverables and pricing of any engagement are defined in a written proposal or agreement shared before booking.
A booking is confirmed only on receipt of the agreed advance payment. Payment schedules and milestones are set out in your service agreement. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
We coordinate trusted third-party vendors including venues, caterers, artists and hotels. While we manage these relationships, their services are subject to their own terms, and Wedding Curatorss acts as a coordinator and facilitator.
Any changes to the scope, date or scale of a wedding must be communicated in writing. Cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Certain vendor and venue payments may be non-refundable once committed.
Wedding Curatorss is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, force majeure, vendor default or government restrictions. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for our planning services.
All content on this website, including text, design and imagery, is the property of Wedding Curatorss unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Chandigarh.
